How long will repairs take?

Repairs usually take 5 to 10 days from start to completion.

How are payments handled?

One half of the payment will be due at the time work begins, and the other half upon completion. There are no hidden costs. Some other payment arrangements can be taken into consideration.

Will my plumbing be affected?

We will issue a plumbing test if we feel it is necessary, but usually plumbing is not affected by foundation repair work.

Do you have any references?

Yes, we do! E-mail or call us and we will be glad to e-mail, fax, or give you references over the phone of many satisfied customers.

Is there anything that I need to do to prepare for these repairs?

As a precaution, you can take down any hanging picture frames or other fragile items that might get knocked down from the vibrations of the jack hammer.

What if my repair work needs adjustments?

After the work is completed, if any adjustments are necessary, the adjustments are completed at no cost to the homeowner.

Do you have a warranty?

Slab foundations repair work is guaranteed for the life of the structure. Pier and beam repairs are generally guaranteed for 1-5 years. See our warranty info page for information on the warranty we offer.

Will my landscaping be affected?

If your plants or shrubs are obstructing repairs, we will place them to the side and water them while work is being done, then replant them when we finish.

Does someone need to be home?

No, the only time we will need to get into the property is when we are ready to level it, and this is done near completion of repairs. If interior repairs are needed we will need access to interior of the structure, and we will work with you to plan how we will access the interior.
